This cancellation policy applies to all orders placed with Modvault at modvault.co
Cancellation of your order
You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at info@modvault.co with your order number. If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Orders that have already been processed or shipped
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, you may return the item after delivery in accordance with our returns policy, and a refund will be issued in accordance with our refund policy.
Custom goods
As our watches are assembled and customized individually, we start preparing your order as soon as payment has been confirmed. We therefore recommend that you request any cancellation as soon as possible, so that it can be processed before assembly and delivery begin.
Statutory rights
This policy does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer, including your right of withdrawal for distance purchases as described in our returns policy.
