These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of modvault.co and any purchases you make from Modvault, (“Modvault”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Our products . We sell custom (“mod”) watches that are hand-assembled with genuine Seiko movements along with our own components. Each watch is made to order. Minor deviations between the product image and the finished watch may occur due to the handmade nature of the products.
2. Brand Independence. Modvault is an independent watch modifier and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Seiko or any other trademark holders. All trademark names are used for descriptive purposes only.
3. Orders . An order is an offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order, for example in the event of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock problems; in such cases, any amount paid will be refunded.
4. Prices and Currency . Prices are displayed in the currency of your chosen market and include applicable taxes and duties (DDP). We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect already confirmed orders.
5. Payment . We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including card payments and “Buy Now, Pay Later” solutions such as Klarna. “Buy Now, Pay Later” is a payment solution for a single, one-time purchase provided by a third party and governed by their terms and conditions. We do not offer subscriptions or recurring payments (see our Subscription Policy).
6. Shipping, Returns and Cancellations . Delivery, returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our shipping policy, returns policy, cancellation policy and refund policy, which form part of these Terms.
7. Warranty . Our watches come with a 3-year international warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, exposure to water beyond the stated water resistance or normal wear and tear.
8.Consumer Rights . Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer, including rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and applicable US law.
9. Intellectual Property Rights. All content on modvault.co, including images, text and logos, is owned by or licensed to Modvault and may not be used without our permission.
10. Limitation of Liability . To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Choice of law . These Terms are governed by American law, without limiting the mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence within the US.
