This refund policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made at Modvault. It applies in conjunction with our returns policy and cancellation policy.
When a refund is applicable . A refund is given when you have returned a qualifying item in accordance with our returns policy, or when an order is cancelled before it has been processed or shipped in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Inspection . After we receive a returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email if the refund has been approved. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition, with all original parts, packaging and accessories.
How refunds are handled . Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Promotional Orders – “Buy 2, Get 1 Free” . When a free watch was included as part of a promotion, the refund will only cover the amount actually paid. The free promotional watch must be returned together with the paid item(s) and will not be refunded separately.
Damaged or incorrect goods . If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@modvault.co and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Statutory rights. This policy does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer, including the right of withdrawal for distance purchases.
